Jillian has always loved balloons, so Frank thought it would be fun to show
her water balloons. The kid is now obsessed!
Unfortunately she isn't far enough off the ground to throw a balloon and bust it, but we're working on it...at least once every night! (I did mention she was obsessed, right?)
